Dave Grohl is a dad who will not let his daughters sleep with all that loud music and banging on the roof.

The Foo Fighters released a new track “The Sky Is A Neighborhood” with a visual featuring the lead singer’s daughters.
Dave directed the video himself and it has his daughters in a bedroom reading the lyrics of the song the band is singing on the roof. The atmosphere inside is very childlike and something out of a Grimm’s brothers story while the sky behind the Foo Fighters belongs in a Harry Potter meets Star Wars world.
Starry skies, a band on a roof of a wooden, candle-lit house with two girls playing in nightgowns, and then… some White Walkers with a dash of a starry ceiling…!

“The Sky Is A Neighborhood” is the second track from the band’s upcoming album Concrete and Gold due for release on September 15.

In other news, Dave revealed to The Times UK that a Nirvana reunion is not all impossible;

“I got together with my old bandmates, Krist [Novoselic] and Pat [Smear], and guests including Joan Jett and Lorde, and we played those songs again… It sounded just like it did, but of course with one thing missing. We hadn’t played a Nirvana set since Kurt died. Could we do that again? I don’t know.”
